France Televisions covered ERN-EYE and the virtual clinic, the Clinical Patient Management System (CPMS), one of the 16 video stories in line with the "EU Protects" campaign, a collaboration between the European Commission and an association of the European regional TV broadcasters (CIRCOM). France Televisions journalists worked on two sites of the ERN-EYE, in Riga, and at the ERN coordinating center, in Strasbourg, where they filmed patients whose case were examined by the virtual clinic. CIRCOM journalists produced videos on ordinary European heroes who help protect their fellow citizens across the continent. Fifteen broadcasters created 16 stories showcasing the actions of the EU through the work of these citizen heroes in the fields of security, society, the environment and health.
