Rare Diseases International: Universal Health Coverage Day webinar
On UHC Day 2022, 12 December 2022, Rare Diseases International will be partnering with the Civil society Engagement Mechanism of UHC2030 to call for Universal Health Coverage (UHC) for the over 300 million Persons Living with a Rare Disease around the globe.
To mark the day, a webinar will be held on 12 December 2022 at 14.00 CET (Europe Time) with presentations from expert speakers around the actions needed to make Universal Health Coverage a reality of all, including those affected by rare diseases. The webinar will be the chance for stakeholders to share their experiences since the adoption of the UN Political Declaration on UHC (2019) and the UN Resolution on Persons Living with a Rare Disease and their Families (2021).
